My services and support adapt to each mother’s unique pregnancy, and the needs that come along with it. Some women will need lots of partner reassurance, while others need support for their older children, and some may just need a little extra nurturing, like footbaths and backrubs. The purpose of my services is to provide a mother with options so she can enjoy the whole experience of pregnancy and childbirth.
Services Offered
Initial Consultation
Always Free- this is also referred to as a meet and greet
This is a 1-2 hour meeting in a comfortable location
Birth Doula Services
2-3 prenatal visits (usually 2-3 hours)
24-hour on-call service two weeks before and after your due date
Answers to questions and connection to resources
Continuous care throughout your labor and birth
Photography during your birth
I stay until first breastfeeding is established and/or the mother is stable and supported (usually about 2 hours)
1-2 Postpartum Visit
Postpartum Doula Services
Holding baby
Preparing simple meals
Light housecleaning
Errands
Childcare for older siblings
Baby care
Walking dogs
Herbal footbaths
Sleep Support (Waking up with baby while mama catches up on sleep)
Be creative! This can be anything you need during that adjustment period.
Bonus Services
Photography During the Birth - $30.00
I will take pictures and provide you with the disc after the birth
I can use your camera or mine
Herbal Care Package- $30.00
Bath pouches, salve/booty balm, and baby powder
All products are homemade and made from 100% natural products, organic when available
Pregnancy Love and Pamper Package
(can be done as a package or as individual choices)
Whole Package-$175-225
Herbal footbath and foot massage-$35.00
Belly oil rub-$15.00 (1/2 hour luxurious rub)
Birth class partner-$100-200 (depending on number of classes)
1-2 hour childcare for older siblings-$20.00 per hour
Belly casting-$40.00 (this includes supplies)
